20 Gauge Super Speed Pittsburgh

The Lockformer 20 Gauge “Super Speed” Pittsburgh Machine has 5 forming stations with one (1) inboard forming position for the 5/16” Pittsburgh Lock and one (1) outboard station for Auxiliary Roll Sets. It is a stand-alone machine that has a 2 HP Motor and runs on 230 Volt, Three Phase Power with 75 FPM running speed. Over time, you may have to replace the Pittsburgh opening roll, opening roll spring and opening roll holder. It is also common to replace certain gears and forming rolls, including the Bottom 1 and Top 4 & 5 Rolls.
