The Lockformer “Standard” 20 Gauge Pittsburgh Machine has 5 forming stations with one (1) inboard forming position for the 5/16” Pittsburgh Lock and one (1) outboard station for Auxiliary Roll Sets. It is a stand-alone machine that has a 3/4 HP Motor and runs on 115 Volt, Single Phase Power with 25 FPM running speed. Over time, you may have to replace the Pittsburgh opening roll, opening roll spring and opening roll holder. It is also common to replace certain gears and forming rolls, including the Bottom 1 and Top 4 & 5 Rolls.
