20 Gauge Button Punch Flanger


The Lockformer 20 Gauge Snaplock Flanger is a stand-alone machine used to turn a right-angle flange on radius fittings. The flange height is adjustable, from ¼” to 3/8”, depending on the requirements of the job. In addition, a separate assembly punches the male snaplock into the flange. With use, it is common to replace a series of parts in the forming portion of the flanger including the knurl roll, plain roll, inner race assembly, etc. Please review the parts list to find the replacement parts you need.
