The Lockformer 18 Gauge Pittsburgh Machine has 7 forming stations with one (1) inboard forming position for the 3/8” Pittsburgh Lock and one (1) outboard station for Auxiliary Roll Sets. It is a stand-alone machine that has a 2 HP Motor and runs on 230 Volt, Three Phase Power with a 45 FPM running speed. Over time, you may have to replace the Pittsburgh opening roll and opening roll holder. It is also common to replace certain forming rolls and gears including the Idler Gears and Drive Gear.
